Over the past year I have been using the AIMPRO code to
investigate various defects in semiconductors .The work is carried out under the supervision of Dr. R. Jones.
My main research areas to date are:

- The divacancy
- Nickel related defects
- The R2 centre

- Vacancy-hydrogen complexes
- Carbon-hydrogen complexes
Defects in Silicon
- Vacancy-Hydrogen complexes
Si-Ge alloys
- The Carbon interstitial
- Transition metals
